How do homeopaths explain the total lack of efficacy in the treatment of eczema in their remedies here?

However, this little girl died because her parents only used homeopathic remedies (they were homeopaths themselves) and her eczema was so bad, she contracted an opportunistic infection and died. They could not treat eczema even much less after infection. I hear the specious arguments of those charlatans that they can continue to use this nonsense. I am really shocked to see no homeopathic apologists to rush it … hello? You guys out there? I GUESS HOMEOPATHY DOES NOT WORK, after all? Wish I could choose a best answer for you all, but they must choose one. I chose at random.

every single method they use is empirical, with no solid research to support it.how can they treat a disease if they do not even know the pathological and molecular mechanism behind it.
