Have you heard of using oil, natural coconut? Are they working on ezcema baby?

My baby had this excema for over 5 months now and she is now 7 months. We have tried everything you can think of. What really works?

Eczema seems to have several causes, including a skin infection. The coconut oil will do nothing and no moisturizer especially by himself. Ask your doc moisturizers that s / he recommends to control. Most children stop being there. For eczema really bad, REALLY using steroid cream, but they will not give infants because it can cause problems. Also, washing the child each day can increase eczema because it dries the skin.
