what is the best way to treat eczema without topical steroid creams?
I had eczema on my right index finger for several years. I am a smoker and I'm right handed, so I wonder if smoking is a factor in May contriguting.
Use Vitamin E oil. Twice daily a capsule Dring topically and applied as well.
